Hamre (Chenaur & Clarke Century 21) Skyway/Seattle, both Real Estate Franchise Owners/Brokers for over 45 yrs.  They taught me integrity, professionalism, perseverance,honesty but most importantly how to help serve people. I have over 25+ yrs of Real Estate Sales Experience. My husband, Ron Dawes was the President/Owner of Dawes Appraisal Co (1987-2002). Establishing myself and family in the Puget Sound area 60 yrs (my entire life) I have built vast knowledge of the Real Estate Market in King and Pierce Co. (Lake Tapps 25 yrs as a Local Resident). This customized analysis CMA includes most recent comparable sales (Active, Pendings and Solds) that factor into receiving your best offer!  Remember the buyers set the “Market Price” based on housing inventory/demand  at the time your home becomes “Active”. 

 

Negotiations

Successful negotiations help move a conversation forward and transform the process into an agreement (RE Contract) that’s a win for all parties. I pride myself in executing challenging contracts such as CTG Offers in a multiple offer situation! I was able to help all my CTG Buyers last year find and buy their next homes. Negotiations is not only a skill, but a mindset. I keep my clients’ best interests top of mind as I negotiate on their behalf. 

 

Transactional Excellence

I am dedicated to transactional excellence for every listing and sale. What this means for you is that I oversee every detail of the real estate transaction. The transaction is far from over once an offer has been accepted. I monitor inspections, appraisals, title, escrow and loan processes. Communication and collaboration with all the partners and parties involved with the transaction ensures a smooth and timely closing. I am committed to my clients before, during and after a sale.
